Tandoori Mushroom

6pcs fresh button mushrooms
1g salt
1g red chili powder
1g turmeric powder
1g garam masala
1g chaat masala
20g yoghurt
5g ginger paste
5g garlic paste
10g vegetable oil
15g cheddar cheese
Freshly chopped coriander

Method:
Rinse mushrooms and marinade with chili powder, chaat masala, salt and vegetable oil. Set aside five minutes.
Add yoghurt, garam masala, turmeric powder, salt and cheddar cheese. Mix well.
Skewer mushrooms and grill in tandoor (or oven) for 15 minutes.
Remove mushrooms from skewer and garnish with chopped coriander. Serve hot.
