2 shrimps
1 blue crab
5 pcs squid
50g abalone mushroom
15g sliced lemongrass
20g sliced galangal
5g limau purut leaves
40g fish sauce
40g lime juice
5g sugar
15g chili paste
250g prawn stock
100g chicken stock
3-5g fresh chili
Coriander

Method:
Mix prawn and chicken stock in a pot and bring to the boil.
Add fish sauce, sugar, lime juice, limau purut leaves, lemongrass, galangal, fresh chili and chili paste.
Clean shrimps, crab and squid. Cut crab into quarters. Add to boiling stock with abalone mushrooms. Garnish with coriander.
