Hot Chocolate Cake
Serves 1
120g dark chocolate
80g unsalted butter
3 eggs
30g sugar
60g superfine flour
Method:
Melt chocolate and butter.
Whisk eggs and sugar till thick and fold in melted chocolate until fully combined. Add flour.
Pour mixture into ramekin bowls and bake until cakes are almost set.
Remove from oven and cool for a few minutes before loosening them around the edges with a small knife.
Turn onto serving dish and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream and berries.
