Chocolate Valrhona Moelleux

Serves 4

3 eggs
130g sugar
125g butter
140g Valrhona chocolate
50g flour

Grease the soufflé cup. Beat eggs and sugar till fluffy.
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate with butter in bowl placed over hot water. Pour melted chocolate into egg and fold in slowly.
Sieve flour into mixture and fold. Pour mixture into soufflé cups and bake at 210°C for four minutes.
