Escargot Pie
6 pcs escargot
2 button mushrooms (sliced)
50g zucchini (chopped)
10g garlic (minced)
10g onion (chopped)
50g carrots (chopped)
Salt (to taste)
Black pepper (to taste)
2 tbsp cream
Puff Pastry
Method:
Mix all the ingredients. Put into a bowl.
Roll out puff pastry. Cover bowl with pastry.
Brush pastry with beaten egg. Bake 20 mins at 225ºC.
