Braised Lamb Shank

1 pc lamb shank (about 500g)
40g chopped onion
20g chopped garlic
20g chopped shallots
20g tomato
10g spring onion
10g coriander leaves
10g celery sticks
15g tomato paste
20g chili paste
5g briyani powder
5g cinnamon stick
5g cloves
5g cardamom
5g candlenuts
100g milk powder
Salt

Method:
Stirfry all chopped ingredients. Add spices, briyani powder, chili paste, tomato paste, celery stick and milk powder.
Put lamb shank into fried ingredients. Add water and cook until lamb is tender.
To serve, place lamb on plate. Pour over the gravy and garnish with fresh coriander leaves and spring onions.
