Linguine Marinara
Serves 2
120g squid
60g clams
120g medium prawns
2 pcs mussels
10g garlic
10g chopped parsley
100g tomato (cube)
16tbsp tomato sauce
Salt, Pepper
4 tbsp olive oil
320g linguine (precooked)
Method:
Heat oil in skillet over medium fire. Add garlic and sauté for 30secs,
Add prawns, squid, mussels, clams and cook 2 mins.
Add cubed tomatoes and tomato sauce. Boil 2 mins. Season with salt and pepper.
Blanch linguine in hot water for 15 seconds.
Drain and put in seafood sauce with chopped parsley and toss over high heat 30 secs.
Serve hot.
